Shareware License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by SpinnerBaker Software, your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
and warranty.

This is a legal agreement between you, the users, and
SpinnerBaker Software. By installing or using this software,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If
you do not agree too those terms, you may not use or install
FilePeek.

You are welcome to evaluate FilePeek for 30 days. Extended usage
requires registration. You are encouraged to register FilePeek
and support its further development. To purchase the program,
please use the contact address given in the readme and help files.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Texas.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE
DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS
TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments
into which FilePeek may be put, NO WARRANTY OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. With
programs which can move and delete files and folders like
FilePeek can, special care must be taken. The user must assume
the entire risk of using the program.
